Alexander did a great job swapping in the replacement condenser. Made sure everything was in order and working correctly. He answered every question I had.
My furnace was on its last legs, and I wanted to explore using a heat pump to reduce our carbon emissions. Alexander at Mr Cool set me up with a heat pump and furnace backup that will reduce my gas usage siginificantly and also handle the cold Chicago winters. It was not easy to fit everything into our condo utility closet, but they got it done at a very reasonable price. Financing options, too. Highly recommended.
the short: I chose the DIY/family route and these folks cleaned my mess up. It's worth shutting up and giving them money. the wordier: Since their visit I have had steady heat(late jan 24) and unnecessarily in the 70's, it's an electric heat pump so it's not THAT bad of an environmental issue. My water pipes were frozen, my plants and pet situation in really bad shape, and I reeaally wanted to use my induction cooktop.
