Guy showed up to fix ac unit twice at a rental property. I explained I was a licensed tech in another state he didn't seem to care. No air flow and evap line frosting up all the way to compressor. First time he said it was water in the drip pan cleaned it out lasted till about 3am second day he worked on it for 2 hours and said it was filter and removed it. What a bunch of hard-working guys they just completed installing an entirely new system for me in my house. They worked straight through today up in that Hot attic, and I can’t believe how good of a job they did. I am so pleased with their work or service their price everything about them Totally outstanding. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.
Great group of people Zachary and Mark where great, got here on time got to work right away got the old system out quick glad to see that junk go. Took their time installing new unit making sure everything was installed properly. House is cooling down after a week with no AC. Thank you again.
They are taking great care of the 2 A/C's in our chocolate warehouse. If something happens, it's always critical to get fixed really fast to avoid the precious chocolate doesn't melt. They are aware and are really responding fast, giving me a great deal of peace of mind. Great company!
Great company! They stand by their warranty! We bought our unit back in 2018, purchased the warranty from Mr Cool. Last weekend our unit wasn’t keeping up. They came out diagnosed the issue, had to order parts, came back out clean the entire unit and replaced the bad parts. All was under warranty, we didn’t owe anything! Thank you Mr Cool!
