Great company! They stand by their warranty! We bought our unit back in 2018, purchased the warranty from Mr Cool. Last weekend our unit wasn’t keeping up. They came out diagnosed the issue, had to order parts, came back out clean the entire unit and replaced the bad parts. All was under warranty, we didn’t owe anything! Thank you Mr Cool!
Hands down the best. I got several companies to get me estimates and these guys didn't BS me they gave me the real deal best quote without trying to sell me what I didn't need. I was sold when I was stuck at an open house and the ac died.
