Tech Alfredo performed a thorough job of checking out my hvac (as well as cleaning the units) as part of my semi annual maintenance plan. Very profession! Mr. Comfort is a great organization.

Mr.Comfort was a life saver! Since 6/11/25 Went through two other AC repair companies prior to contacting Mr. Comfort. The previous two did not accurately diagnose & fix my central air. In the hottest summer in Hampton Roads I did not have working AC. Alfredo with Mr. Comfort, accurately diagnosed the problem and came back today to repair. Mr. Comfort was awesome, especially their technician, Alfredo! I called in the morning and they were able to service us that afternoon. Alfredo was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing along the way which no one else has ever done. He also documented his findings and showed them to us. I highly recommend Mr. Comfort.

Our AC unit stopped working yesterday, so I googled HVAC companies near us. I scrolled past a few names and stopped at Mr. Comfort Heating & Cooling. After reading their reviews, I called to check on getting an appointment. Brooklyn answered and in a very pleasant and professional manner collected our information and set an appointment for the next afternoon.
