This is the Macdonalds of carpet cleaning guy came in did everything in under 20 mins basicly sprayed water dried it up didint even tackle hard stain areas all that ended up happening was getting dirt areas wet and dipping. Also beware they charge a fee if you don't answer the door. They only knocked on the door once and did not bother to ring door bell I was lucky to of heard the door knock it's just a way to get extra money out of you. Nick, the Service Manager, came to do a small carpet repair in my apartment. Timely, nice guy, job looks better than I thought possible given the age/condition of the existing carpet. Highly recommend for this type of service.
They were on time, friendly, and got the stains out for a reasonable price. I've been using them for years.
