I have been to this location multiple times but when I went today, the guy called me out to tell me my car was done. When I opened the door I saw that he wiped the black plastic/component off of my console wear my gear shift is. When I brought it to his action HE SAID “ I MAY HAVE WIPED TOO HARD”. 1 hour and 17 minutes for a Silver ($24) car wash today 3/22/2019. No staff member was concerned that it took so long, the only excuse was that they were busy today....totally unacceptable

be careful when they are in this place here they are thieves, they ruin the cars and then they are not responsible on Saturday they broke the mirror of my truck and today they leave that it was already broken. they are thieves, and apart from that they do not clean the cars well
Very poor job! Inside marks still appear on the inside and the trash wasn't emptied wheels are still dirty
Went on May 7, 2018. Paid $28. Went through the machine. The two guys who worked on my vehicle afterwards were clearly just going through the motions -- and doing so very, very slowly. Talking, walking around, clearly bored and not interested. Spent a lot of time on the easy parts, such as the windshield. Did very little inside. Just smeared the dashboard with a dirty rag. I went today to get the exterior and interior cleaned. Paid for the platinum got to the detail side and was told like 20-25 min. But I have after market tint and won’t use ammonia based products on them, I brought my own. They won’t use products not theirs. I did get a refund on the package. Didn’t notice until I got home their deluxe car wash missed my whole backend. Dude was eating a banana while giving my refund, customerless service at it’s finest.
