Trash company. The manager Rubin is unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. Save your time and money and a professional car wash business.
They locked our keys in the car while it was getting wash -- had to have someone from home get extra car keys and bring to the car wash and we didn't even get a "sorry", or a small discount, not good customer service Rubin the supervisor was there and wouldn't talk to us
Why don't you guys ever answer your phone?!? Tried calling you repeatedly this week after your wash knocked off the brake light cover on my BMW, I want to see if you found it. I must've tried calling you guys about 30x in the last week and not a single answer. If I don't get an answer from someone by tomorrow, I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll also go on Yelp and write a similar review and hope that other people take their business elsewhere as well.
The damage my vehicle and said it was my fault. Refuse to give me management or owners information and now I have a broken antenna on a scratched vehicle
