Care is very good but wait is too long. Over two hours in the waiting room is much too long and over thirty minutes waiting in exam room is much too long. This practice should look into these ridiculous wait times and provide a comfortable solution for their patients. Add another provider or physician assistant or nurse practitioner. This does not seem a professional way to run this practice.
