Without a doubt, the worst provider I've ever seen in my entire life. He and his staff treated me in a disrespectful and ableist way multiple times. I was shamed for struggling with oral hygiene due to years of abuse and depression, then threatened with denial of treatment due to my struggles, while simultaneously being told I was probably wrong about the issue caused by the lapsed hygiene.
