I can't say enough about them! Excellent service from the first phone call to the guys who came out for the chimney sweep! Very knowledgeable and so friendly! They didnt mind at all that I was curious and asking questions, they took the time to explain it to me since this is all new to me! They even played with my dogs :) A+ service!

They are very thorough, leave the house as clean (if not cleaner) than when they came, got the job done quickly and were just really nice guys. Definitely 5 stars from me! I used Mr chimney last month. They did a great job and even romoved my fireplace insert for me so they could thoroughly clean everything (something that is above and beyond what their job requires). The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is that the tarp they laid down was not nearly large enough to catch all the soot. I had a tan dog bed next to the fire place and that was used as a placemat for their tools and I even saw one of the guys wipe his tools off on the dog bed. Scott, part owner along with wife Virgie are just the best. My chimney was literally falling apart on one of those holiday's, cant seem to remember which one it was but it was one I assure you. They came right out and fixed it strait away. I just love those guy's by golly.
Great people and honest!!! Recommend them to anyone!
