Not very competent. Several attempts to stop my windshield from leaking after they had replaced it failed. There was glue residue all over the inside and outside of my car. I had to go elsewhere and have the windshield correctly replaced. I would encourage others to avoid this company. They come across as very nice and talk a good game, but obviously are not particularly skilled. Thank goodness I paid with credit card as my company reversed the charges.
