Had a great experience with Bob and Carlos! They out carpet in our basement, and it turned out beautifully! They were professional, on time, friendly, and did great work! Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about this company. I found them on google and when I contacted them I immediately knew they were going to be a winner for me. They helped me pick out a quality carpet and then within a week notified me to schedule installation. Everything was done with professionalism and expertise. Mary runs a great operation! I am happy with my new carpeting and I would strongly recommend Mr. Carpet to anyone looking for carpet flooring.
Incredibly happy with our new carpet in our living room, guest bedroom, and office. We received bids from four highly rated companies and Mr. Carpet was the highest bid. However, two of the four companies were overly salesy which was an immediate turn off. We asked Bob if he would be willing to match the next highest bid (which was our second choice) and he was.
