I cannot say enough about this company. I found them on google and when I contacted them I immediately knew they were going to be a winner for me. They helped me pick out a quality carpet and then within a week notified me to schedule installation. Everything was done with professionalism and expertise. Mary runs a great operation! I am happy with my new carpeting and I would strongly recommend Mr. Carpet to anyone looking for carpet flooring.
Incredibly happy with our new carpet in our living room, guest bedroom, and office. We received bids from four highly rated companies and Mr. Carpet was the highest bid. However, two of the four companies were overly salesy which was an immediate turn off. We asked Bob if he would be willing to match the next highest bid (which was our second choice) and he was. FANTASTIC experience end to end! Mary was super responsive via messages and made it so easy to schedule the home consultation and installation. Bob was very knowledgeable, sincere and so patient while I balanced comforting an infant and picking carpeting. Bernie and his helper were a delight - the installation was quick and we are very happy with the final product. We've received so many compliments from friends on how soft the carpeting is. Highly recommended!
