They are not sales people, they provide you with the service you need and will not try and sell you anything you don't. Dave came by today for his usual visit. I'm usually not here, my wife is, but I'm off today. I explained that my daughter had a birthday gathering last night and I couldn't guarantee successful navigation downstairs. He left inside and finished up outside.
