I have used Mr. Bug Killer for 3 years now to deal with ant problems. We are always very happy with the service. The ladies in the office are always helpful and kind, the technicians are always prompt, friendly and get the job done quickly. We shopped around in the area prior to going with Mr. Bug Killer and have found them to have the best value, as well. Very pleased and will continue doing business with them.

I have called "Mr. Bug killer'' TWICE!! TWO TIMES!!! (Desperately) I have those what I call "little piss ants" each time I called I was told some one would get right back to me................ A week and a half later ,I'm STILL waiting for Tha "right back" call for an estimate!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! if you can even call it THAT!!!! They must be doing pretty "well" and don't need/want my business!!!! Chow "Mr. Promise to call you back and never do/did KILLER!! YOU DEFINITELY "KILLED MY BUSINESS!!!!!

With my husband being in the military, we travel often. Recently we got our first case of bed bugs. Mr Bug Killer came soon and sprayed the whole apartment once and they were gone! We also threw out our mattress just in case since we have a little one. I really appreciate how soon someone was to answer when I called and how easy the technician was to work with.
