Ralph Was on time and did a very thorough job Great guy as well
We have been using Mr. Bug Killer for many years and have never been disappointed. Ralph really understands what customer service is all about. He listens to your concerns, tells you exactly what he will do to fix them and then does it. Before leaving he goes over what he has done and if he saw any problem areas. I like the fact that he reminds us of their 30 day policy and that he will be back right away if we have any issues (which we never have). So this is going to be a very in depth review. I called them wanting my place sprayed for roaches. Now mind you I have had multiple properties before sprayed for roaches and they always killed them all in one trip. As a matter of fact the next day or two after the other companies had sprayed the roaches would be coming out the walls all messed up looking and barely able to move.
