Spent five dollars, the tanks were out of soap. Went to get change the machine stole a ten dollar bill and then a one..... the sign posted gives no contact number. When I was able to locate the phone number (via Google) it has been busy for over a hour. I'd like to speak to someone for a refund please and thank you.
