I went through the Mr. Bubble drive-through car wash, and immediately after exiting the car wash, I noticed a crack in my windshield. I immediately brought the damage to the attention of one of the employees. The employee reviewed the security camera footage and confirmed that there was no visible crack in my windshield before I entered the car wash. Terrible terrible first experience!!! Entered the car wash with my car, which is only two years old without a cracked windshield. Exited with a crack. As soon as we exited there was a guy drying vehicles and we did tell him. We reported it to manager on duty. He did look on the cameras and there wasn’t a crack before we entered. He said to give Mr. Bubbles a couple days to get in touch with us. He did say if our car was older than 5 years old they would not take care of it.
