I wanted to love this place so bad, because who doesn't love some good soul food? We tried the restaurant on two separate occasions, because I really wanted to give it a chance; sometimes locations have bad days. Unfortunately, on both occasions, the food was very bland. There is street parking, which is usually filled, but there is a plaza parking lot in the back of the restaurant. This was my first time in Chester sonI looked up a Neat Soul Food Restaurant and Mr. B's came up. Let me first say the young ladies that worked the counter were very professional and welcoming. I ordered Chicken that was supposed to be smothered without onions but they put onions on it with a side of Collard Greens to much of a vinegar taste, Yams were ok and the Macaroni and Cheese was not right. The cheese didn't taste right. Overall I would never return here the food was terrible even my Sweet Potato Pie.
