An amazing surgeon who is highly skilled, approachable, and easy to talk to. Friendly, empathetic, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. After a childhood hip injury and having experience recent persistent pain my doctor referred me to Mr Jackson. There was a long wait to get an appointment which attests to the standing he has in our community. However during that wait time I continued with my ‘use it or lose it’ habit so by the time I saw Mr Jackson I was almost able to skip into his rooms! I’ve been seeing Brett since 2013 , had a few meniscus and a tkr, hes the best surgeon I’ve ever had. He’s extremely thorough comfortable to speak to the best. I’ve got no complaints everything has been top notch and Jules handles all my questions and gets 5 stars too.

Visited face to face twice. Brett was late both appointments but quick to stand up at the door holding the handle when my 15 minutes time in his room was up. I didn't feel well-informed of what my knee replacement would involve other than being shown each time this knee model on Brett's desk. His receptionist Julie was cold and unfriendly. As a team, and the face for this team, I was not impressed.
