Charged me $120 to not even tell me the problem, had someone else come out the same day and within an hour it was fixed
After installing the mini split system they graciously came out to train the staff on how to use it to make the most out of the system.
I changed the batteries in the thermostat and the blower didn’t seem to be working. They were able to come check it out in the morning found nothing wrong. Which I was happy to hear. However I was not happy with the service fee. I called before they open and the tech told me it would be $119 due to coming before office hours. The tech came @10:00 during office hours and the service call was the fee $119. Not sure I agree with the the charge being the same rate for emergency calls and during business hours.
