Mr.Brakes is the best place to go to get you car serviced. The staff isknowledgeable and the cost if very friendly (no hiden cost). If you go any where else to car service i must say my friend you must like shelling out a ton of money. If you cant stay and wait for your car to be done, Paul (the Manager) will drop and pick you up. I must really say there is no better feeling then going into a place were you are knowen by name and they take care of your car like its there very own.
I orginally took my car to the "More than Brakes" shop in Turnersville, they should be called "MORE THAN JERKS" the manager / owner John treated me poorly, so i took my car to the Mr. Brakes Shop in Blackwood. The staff was GREAT, I was taken in the garage to look at my car, the manager explained everything I needed. They made me feel like family....plus the candy was good. Thanks Mr.Brakes
Have had work done here in the past. Had a battery replaced last year and it already died. When I replaced it the sticker had been partially ripped off so you could not identify make, age etc. Also replaced my brakes on car they had previously done. There is no way they replaced the rotors when they did the prior brake job. After getting tires had a lug nut on that was not part of my set put on. Guess they needed for themselves. The only auto repair shop I use I've been taking all of my family's cars there for years now. From the very beginning Paul was honest about the issues my car(s) were having, and offered multiple options for prioritizing the repairs. If things were going bad but would it could wait till later, he would tell me. One of my first experiences with Paul was after I had a problem with my transmission so I had it checked out by AAMCO. Unfair labor charges! THEY CHARGED ME 102.70 FOR LABOR FOR A HALF AN HOURS WORK? Then my bill came to 157$. Obviously this was a total rip off. I dropped the car off to find out why my brake light was not working and they replaced the switch and pigtail for it. It took them less than a half an hour to install these parts. Even worse the man I talked to on the phone, who seemed to be in charge (possibly the manager) refused to give me information that I needed over the phone and gave me a bad attitude.
