I came in to buy a shirt and these 2 young ladies named Alana and Ari were so nice, professional and knowledgeable.
I just had a phenomenal experience at Men's night 2018 in downtown Traverse City. The store manage, Ashley, helped create the custom shirt I couldn't find anywhere else downtown TC before Christmas! Thank you for a terrific shopping experience in our local TC Downtown business district!
Though I am good friends with Will and Ari, who work here, they did an amazing job with helping me. When I came in to purchase 3 shirts they had a line and gave every customer an equal amount of attention and good service. The shirts I bought turned out amazing! I would definitely recommend coming to Mr. Bills if you want any souvenirs in Traverse City.
Will is a phenomenal employee, he is kind, extremely helpful, has great taste in T-shirt designs, has a great sense of humor, is very knowledgeable about the 45th parallel, and made my shopping experience an enjoyable one to remember. Also Ari is a good hearted girl who helped brighten my day. Will and Ari both excel in customer service.
Will and friends did a great job making us some sweet shirts to remember our time in Traverse City. We wanted a small design on the sleeve of the short-sleeved shirt. Will did a great job with the task, after stating that no one had asked for that before. He also was concerned about our safety around the presses and reminded us several times that it was hot. (There were also signs posted.) Great place to stop and get a souvenir!
Learning lesson of the day: If you go to this store in TC like I did today. I had a T-shirt made, as I stood near the counter looking back at my sister the girl making the T-shirt did not say two words to me when she opened the iron and swung the top part towards my where my hands were on the counter under the hot iron. I went to point out a pattern I liked on the wall to my sister and lifted my hand right into the iron. Got an awful burn on my hand. I was offered an ice pack and that was it.
