Charged $199 to unclog a bathroom drain. Did not reseat the toilet properly. Now ceramic tiles are loose, caulk is loose and it appears there is a leak under the toilet. Very shoddy work.
Very quick response but failed to fix the backup and still charged $150 for it. Told us we needed to get a commercial plumber because his equipment could not reach the problem area.
Mr Ben's is by far the best in town. We have used his service to clean our pipes twice now and he is quick to respond, has fair prices and he is very good at his trade. We always call Mr Ben's first!
We had a weekend emergency when our residential sewer line clogged and backed up all house drainage, overflowing from a lower level floor drain. Our plumber recommended Mr Ben, saying he had all the equipment and expertise needed for drain cleaning. When I called on Sunday morning, Mr Ben's answering service contacted him and we received a return call in about 10 minutes, setting up an appointment immediately after the job he was presently on.
