My wife made an appointment on April 26th for May 4th. The man on the phone sounded inebriated and was difficult to understand. He said that he would be here today (May 4th) between 8 and 10 am. I took the day off so that I would be here for it. I tried calling the number and it went to thir voicemail. He did not show up or call to let us know he would be here. I have to schedule with someone else to check my back flow and probably take off another day. Very disappointed.
