Terrible customer service I called before I drove from Orlando the person who answered sounded aggravated over the phone that I asked him questions about the car before driving more then a hour to purchase made heavy breathing sounds clearly annoyed with dealing with a customer I even asked would you like me to call back since your busy setting up the outside ignored my gesture to accommodate his obvious negative attitude when asking him to break it down because I have my own tag still very rude car may be nice but attitude ... read more
The guy acted like he had no interest in selling me a car. Zero customer service. Going there was a waste of time. I went to Bob Steele and bought my car, my experience there was waaay better and i left with a beautiful pre owned car that is still under warrenty with low miles and low payments.
