Quality of work excellent. When they discovered damage to an interior piece not visible before repairs started, the contacted me with the several options. Got one other bid from an equally qualified shop before choosing Mr Auto Body. Both businesses used the same computer program to use generate the estimates. The parts costs and the number of hours were identical on both estimates. Mr Auto Body had lower labor rates, probably because they own their facility, while the other business has lease costs.
Mike runs a great shop! They employ some of the best body men and partners in Central Illinois!
