RecommendedMr Appliance was prompt in making room for an appointment even over the holidays. They came to our home, wore a mask and promptly took care of the problem. They were terrific!
We have now had Gilbert repair our dishwasher and refrigerator. he has been knowledgeable and efficient each time. he also was great at giving us tips to make our appliances work more efficiently and longer.

Easy to set up appointment on website. This is the third time I’ve used this service, twice for my refrigerator and now for washing machine. My old appliances have been promptly fixed at very reasonable prices. Service people are courteous and provide easy to understand explanations regarding repairs.

We had an oven needing repair a week before Thanksgiving. Gilbert Guzman is great! He came out to assess the broken parts. He listened and was very careful and meticulous as he began to trouble shoot. He ordered the part needed though was kind and straightforward about the likeliness of getting that part before Thanksgiving. He was able to confirm it before leaving that day. Mr.Appliance has the best customer service in Portland/Vancouver area. They do great work and don't try to sell you a service you don't need. This is one company you can trust to stand by their work.
