They were quick to come out to give a diagnostic on our Maytag refrigerator. Have a price for the part, then came back out to fix it within 3 days. Fridge is working fine now. We were very pleased with the price and service. Would recommend to others.

Mr. ********************** was able to come quickly when I experienced issues with both my refrigerator and upright freezer on the same day. They diagnosed what the problem was with each and were able to return with the necessary parts two days later for the refrigerator. While the freezer needed to be replaced I was pleased to know what the issue was as I was leaving the country in a few days on a planned trip. I feel that Mr. ********************** was there when I needed them, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. ********************** has a human answer the phone and was very helpful and courteous. They were able to schedule an appointment without my having to wait for long for service. The serviceman was super helpful and personable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and although a part had to be ordered and a second appointment made, everything was done and fixed in one week!

The repairman was extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and prompt. From the moment he arrived, he immediately started disassembly, diagnosed the issue, located a part which happened to be in stock IN HIS TRUCK no less. In no time at all, the dryer was fixed, reassembled, and checked to verify the part resolved the issue. Incredible service, excellent work. I am thrilled.
