My refrigerator was dispensing ice but not water thru the freezer door. A technician came out and replaced the water valve. Cost was $324.00. He said it had a 12 month warranty. Six weeks later it went out. When I called them I was told they no longer serviced my area which I found odd since I chose them because they were close to me. So I'm stuck with a non working water valve and out $324.00. I would rate zero if I could.
