Rod was great. Very thorough and very honest about the repair.
I needed my dryer repaired. I loved how Mr. Appliance texted a picture and name of the technician ahead of my scheduled appointment so I knew who to expect. The tech made a quick diagnosis of my dryer's problem and got it up and running very quickly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Since we moved into our house we've only been using Mr. Appliance. They are always upfront about pricing & what needs to be fixed. Will is who normally gets sent to us & he's always amazing!!
