My technician was fantastic. My Washer had died and she was able to identify possible problems even though the manufacturer no longer provides some of the critical information needed for a circuit board. She had all possible parts drop-shipped to my house and was back out shortly after they arrived. She was able to accurately diagnose the problem thanks to ordering every possible part, and only charged for the exact part I needed. Excellent service! I was glad to get an appt. within a couple of days of the breakdown of my washing machine. The technician, Caleb, found the problem quickly and ordered the broken part. The new part came in the next day and the job was completed following the delivery of the new part. I appreciate the quick, professional service.
