Dave, our service technician, was knowledgeable, gave great recommendations and invaluable advice for us to protect and care for our thermador appliances so we can keep them in super working condition for a long time. If Dave is representative of Mr Appliance North, then he is their best ambassador.
Highly recommend Mr. Appliance. A technician arrived less than 24 hours after we called for service, quickly assessed the appliance, and had it running properly within an hour. Explained the problem and how to avoid it in future. Andrew the technician was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with!
Great service and tech. Very professional. Was quick to discover what was causing the issue with my dryer, and resolve the issue on the same visit.
