RecommendedI called them out this morning and they came out this afternoon! Very professional, Aaron wore a face mask, gloves, booties on his shoes and even had his own doormat. He was also very honest with us. Hopefully we won’t need to call them anytime soon but definitely will if something else breaks.

We’ve used Mr. Appliance on several occasions and are always impressed with their service. All of the staff are very professional and kept us updated about arrival times. They even sent a picture of the technician that was going to be coming to our house. The technicians have always accurately diagnosed the problems and gave us several options pertaining to the repair. Great service, reasonable price and love the convenience of coming to our house. We highly recommend.
Excellent service. Gave a two hour window, call when he was on the way. I appreciate the text reminders and the picture of the technician. While I want to give a shout out to the technician, Jake, I also want to thank the office staff who were also very kind and professional.
I called at 7:30 pm last Wednesday and they were at my house on Fort Sill next day around 10:00 am! Very fast and polite technician named Jake. I will definitely use them in the future!
