Someone came out to look at why my fridge light when out. He came over and called sub wolf tech support. They told him to check something and he almost electrocuted himself. He didn’t turn off the power and blew the power board, breaking my whole fridge and freezers. He asked me for 100$ for “coming out today” and now his company won’t answer our calls.

Had them come to repair an ice maker that wasn’t working. Charged me in advance for the work and part since it was special order. They came out and installed the ice maker and three months later it is still not working, they won’t return calls or emails AND they won’t provide proof of the check they claim they sent me to refund the overage we paid for service in advance. Finally had a mother company come out to install the ice maker correctly so it would work.
They did not fix my washer under warranty when I called I was hung up on for asking for another technician, and called many times left messages no returned call, finally called from a different number and had someone write down my information promising a call back that I haven't received in a week.
Ed Garrett recently installed a drop in range in my brick oven. These days it is very hard to get quality work such as Mr. Appliance does. The brick had to be trimmed and tile reinstalled. It was important to me to have it look right. The range looks like it was made for the area. Keith the owner and Ed were so nice and professional. Very professional and dependable. Had a huge emergency when my fridge quit. I run a daycare and I would've had to close my doors until it was fixed, and who knows how long that would've been with other companies. Ed Garrett was able to come out and fix it today. Thanks so much!!!
They take pride in being veteran owned but they let a veteran go. Typical of this country.
