Well I called them a month ago to fix my dryer They said I needed a motherboard so I payed for it that day and they told me they would be in contact when it comes in it's been a month and they told me the part is hard to get because it's on back order from LG so they said the part will arrive Tuesday the 12 of September and be installed Wednesday morning and today's Friday and nothing so far
