Mr. appliance is very responsive. They have real people to answer the phone and schedule appointments. They show up when they promised. The repair man was knowledgeable and shared information as it went. He had to order part, which came in within Two days. He came back on time and installed the part and my icemaker is now working again. Their pricing was a little bit high, but much better than buying a new refrigerator freezer. They did good work and it’s guaranteed parts and labor for one year.
We have an old Sub Zero freezer and refrigerator. Matt our technician was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair both units and they are working great. Highly recommend using them.
