RecommendedWe have used mr. appliance do Cary twice. Our refrigerator first and since the service and technician were so good I kept their card. We had Gian Carlo and he is FANTASTIC! WE had to wait a week for him but it’s worth it. This time it was dryer and no problems. Hope nothing else breaks but will definitely call them again.

I really appreciated getting a picture of the technician before his arrival. He did a through inspection and located the faulty part. Edwin was pleasant and gave me information from which to make a decision. My neighbor recommended Mr. Appliance and I will make that same recommendation to others.

Company completed the repair. Took 2 trips to my house but all in all got the job done.
Communication was excellent. Julian came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and then was back in just a couple of days with the part. Had the dishwasher fixed and back as good as new in less than an hour. Very professional company. I highly recommend.

Just had Mr. Appliance visit for a repair for my dryer. I was quoted $400 for a bad heating element. Had same repair done a few years ago for half that cost. Price seemed very excessive.
Edwin is wonderful. He is professional, kind and skilled. I also appreciate the easy scheduling and excellent communication from the office. Great company, great service!
