Mr. Appliance of Carrollton: The personnel (the four we dealt with) were all very pleasant and behaved professionally; the problem was that the problem they were paid to solve, didn't get solved. The ice maker in our refrigerator wasn't working and the first technician quickly said we needed a new unit ($400), so they ordered and installed.
