I used their online booking on Monday for a Tuesday appointment. They called and asked to reschedule the Tuesday appointment because the Tech has a personal problem come up. I understand that things come up so I rescheduled for Thursday morning as this was the next available appointment that worked. I received a reminder of my appointment on Wednesday at 3.
