I would like to add, this is all in the midst of the CORONA VIRUS and having a working washer is ESSENTIAL. AVOID THIS COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. One of the worst companies I have dealt with in a customer service aspect. They give you a 4-hour windows, have no respect for your time and are fully unhelpful when you call. So far, they have had to come to my house 3 times to solve this issue (refrigerator not cooling), each of the times giving a large 4-hour window. They say they will add notes, but do not check said notes in their system.
