Either inept, or a scammer. I called because my refrigerator compressor stopped running. Service guy came out, took the panel off, and told me my 3000 dollar refrigerator was shot, and that it would cost about 1500 to fix. I paid my $100 dollar diagnostic fee, and he left. Before running out to buy a new fridge, I did a quick google search, and found the relay switch can burn out or go bad.
