I had ray (think) come to my home to assess my refrigerator/freezer, the freezer was not working properly. He stated that i would need a coolant replaced which would be 1000 or so to replace as a special technician needs to perform the job. He stated it would only be a matter of time when it would not work at all. He stated i would be better to get a new fridge. Well that day has come and it makes a little under a week when ray was here. I appreciate his honesty ,sense of humor and his professionalism .
