I truly liked the technician David. Just the nicest man. However, their fees I think are a little high. But nice company of people.
Some day I'll learn. I googled the symptons for the noises our refrigerator was making. Watched the youtube videos, said I can do this. Ordered the part off of Amazon and replaced the part. Same issue. I'm too old for this. Called Mr. Appliance. A very professional crew came out the next day. Knew exactly what to do. Problem solved.
