The two individuals that came out to the house were very knowledgeable & got right to work. Job done within an hour. I would want them back again.
Referred my client to this company. They showed up, told my client the part needed was discontinued and could not help her. Instead he then charges her $150 for the visit. I went on Amazon, found the part and fixed it myself the next day.so much for that. Here’s a picture of the grill that “could not be fixed” working just fine.
Excellent customer service experience part was ordered and delivered in less than hour, service tech Andy went and took care of another customer and returned repairing my appliance.
We had David and Rodney come out yesterday to check out our fridge that was no longer cooling. They were professional, friendly, and honest, explaining the issues and the fixes clearly. They were also not pushy at all when we decided that buying a new fridge would be more cost effective than fixing our existing one. I would recommend Mr Appliance to anyone and plan on using them in the future for any other appliance needs!
