I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Appliance, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Adrienne Moreno, the Service Professional, came to my home to repair my oven. She quickly diagnosed the issue — a fried heating element — and clearly explained the problem along with the cost. While the price was a bit on the higher side, it was well worth it for the fast and effective repair. I called about a microwave oven (built-in, high end) that is having an issue with the display board. The person answering the phone couldn’t provide any information other than they would need to send out a tech to diagnose it. She said she would have her manager call me back, which, she didn’t, of course. I called another company, they let me talk to a lead technician, and I felt much better about what could be the problem, cost, etc. They’re coming out to diagnose it.
