I found them on google and booked the appointment online. I read the reviews where people complained about the “surprising”visit/quote fee and it was very try clearly elaborated during the booking process what the fee is and how it applies. All you need to do is read. The technician arrived on time, very professional, dressed in uniform, explained the process, checked the tower washer/dryer and found the issue. Ice maker problem identified quickly and solution found with no need to order parts. Trae is a knowledgeable and efficient tech and very professional. All was explained and flat fee service call though pricey at $200 was the total cost. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance in Cape Canaveral again.🙏
