Trae fixed our freezer and was amazing
Mr appliance is always fast to get us on the books when something happens. They have helped us with our oven and took the time to explain the codes that followed after our repair. Will depend on them again for future things that pop up. Trae clearly has a passion for what he does.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but we have had a very poor experience with Mr Appliance, specifically Trey. 1. They did not contact to schedule an appointment, rather texted to say we will be there date and time. 2. Upon arrival and inspection of the refrigerator said there is nothing wrong, even though Trey acknowledged the freezer didn’t close properly, he would close the door himself. Circuit board needed to be replaced. Trae brought the part in 2 days of diagnosing the issue. Trae is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Appreciate the efficiency and timeliness.
