Trae came and inspected my refrigerator. He diagnosed what the problem was, ordered the parts, and came to replace the door sensors on my Fisher Paykel French door refrigerator. He was very nice and efficient.
Service man was very helpful and friendly
We had the good fortune of Randy serving as our technician. He came promptly when he said he would, texting his arrival in advance. He quickly identified and fixed the problem; he didn’t leave until the appliance was fixed and he confirmed it working properly. Highly recommend!
And another night had a Fisher and pegel double drawer dishwasher which no one worked on Mr Appliance was able to come out and within two days it was working.
Randy did a great job of diagnosing the problem and repairing our dishwasher when the part came in. Randy was great to work with! I highly recommend him!
