I was very pleased with the service and technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
On The initial visit the technician was very rude. On the second visit they came out and replaced a part but after the repair 4 lights bulbs did not work. Once we called them back out the next day to fix the bulbs they ghosted us. Would definitely not recommend. We needed a licensed Kitchen Aid repair company and Mr. Appliance was 1 of 2 here in our area. Will be calling Kitchen Aid to file a compliant as well.
