The technician was able to repair the gasket on my old freezer when no one else would. He understood the difficulty of using a redesigned part and had a technique to make it work that others did not consider. The freezer runs great.
Trae was very professional and polite. He easily handled what appeared to be a very complicated repair. If any other appliance issues should arise, Mr. Appliance would be my first choice.
