they are a horrible type of service they never get back to you with the parts stay far away from this company whatsoever. they don't care of customer service throughout the batting range. Please Avoid Them At All Cost. I will let everybody know how horrible they are and I have 10 buildings that I own and I will never recommend them at all.
The technician came to fix a faulty pump in the dishwasher. He managed to flood the kitchen when he disconnected the water inlet pipe while the dishwasher was running. He then proceeded to snap a solid brass pipe under the kitchen sink. Also ruined a rug I had in the kitchen. The response from the company “bad luck, we can come back to fix it when the new pump arrives” (aka 2 weeks). Had to get a plumber out that day to at least fix the sink so I could hand wash dishes. RecommendedIt was easy to schedule an appointment. No hidden fees. The service person had a professional appearance and attitude. My technician's name was Chaim, he is knowledgeable and I would greatly recommend him to anyone.
The technician was friendly, honest and skilled. I asked service for my dryer but he found water leak from the washer hose and replaced it. Now, my washer & dryer work perfectly. I am very happy.😊

Mr. Appliance is reliable and offers good value for money. They can come on short notice and communicate clearly about actions that need to be taken. No hidden fees.
I made an appt with Mr Appliance and upon meeting I was told that I would lose money to have them fix my dryer. Their stance was that the hourly rate wouldn't be worth fixing the machine and therefore charged me the $100 fee to show up and do absolutely nothing. I've since fixed the dryer myself and it was very simple. Don't waste your time.

After having a less than satisfactory set of 'dealings' with Lee's Appliance in Brooklyn, I was so happy to receive next day service with Mr. Appliance. They sourced a problem inside my dryer motor that in any other set of circumstances could have amounted to "we will need to replace your motor", instead I got the call that there was a hair elastic caught inside the mechanism- it was removed and for no charge beyond the base service call. That made me a believer, and a loyal customer in the future. Honest people.
