Called to have them fix our dryer. Tech told us it was the motor with out testing anything else. We purchased the motor, he came back to install. STILL didn't work and then he decided to test the board and found it was bad. We would have willingly put our old motor back in, as it probably still worked but the tech broke some of the plastic off. Ordered a board ourselves and changed it out it and worked. They had a 5 hour window to show up and never bothered to show up. Couldn't even be professional enough to call and let me know they wouldn't make it.
Had a leaking LG washer and scheduled an appointment. Tech was 4 days out. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had already discovered the problem by the time he arrived. Tech agreed that I had found the problem and then quoted a price of $309 to repair. I showed him on my phone the exact part for $25 through Amazon and it took less than 3 minutes to swap.
