Receptionist left me a message that the service technician would be at my home between 3-5. I scheduled my day around that and took time off work. I got home exactly at 3:00 and there was a card on my door.. I called and they said that the technician was early and waited at my house for 26 minutes. I asked why he would leave before my scheduled 3:00 appointment and their excuse was that they called and left me a message that he was on his way. .?? WHAT?! I recommend to everybody not to use this company.
The technician (John) came in to look at my Samsung Refrigerator that was not cooling on the fridge side. He stood looking in the fridge (not touching anything mind you) for five minutes. Then he went out to his van for another 10 minutes. After that he came back in and told me the repair was going to cost $515 to fix. Of course, I wasn't going to pay that much for a repair when that's half the cost of a new fridge. don't even bother called them told me $89 to come to tell you what it wrong with my LG wall oven than outrages price to repair took my $89 that's is a joke would not recommend to anybody they just drive round and collect $89 from people
