Dr Keogh is a very skilled and experienced surgeon from my perspective. He on all occasions conducted himself in a highly professional manner throughout, ie pre surgery communication and post surgery check up. Completed my surgery to a very high standard and checked my progress at a later stage during initial physio . Once again Dr Keogh conducted himself with a high sense of morals and integrity during my care while still being relaxed and easy going. Highly recommend.
My first experience was similar to all the previous reviews. Sadly, following my second operation with Angus Keogh he visited me the morning following my surgery - I was heavily medicated on ketamine post surgery, as Iike many, I struggle with pain management. He demanded I apologise to the woman in the hospital room who had also had surgery the day before. I had no idea what he was talking about and he never actually explained anything. Very , very happy with this Drs medical knowedge and operational skills. Explains everything in detail so you know whats going to happen.
Was the right surgeon for my wrist, had a plate in there after breaking it. Surgeon who put it in dud not want to remove it but Angus looked at it and removed it asap to address a likely rupture of ligament if not removed. Was no issue with surgery and rom improved after. Highly recommended by both my fabulous OT and PT.
Dr Keogh is fantastic. Really helpful in diagnosing a complex situation. Compassionate and caring also.
