Mr Andrew Gong is a Surgeon I would Highly recommend. Everything from my first meeting with Mr Gong all the way through to the surgery and followup appointments went very well. The information provided by his personal assistant (Liberty) was very supportive and professional.
From my very first contact my experience was over and above anything I could have hoped for. Liberty ( and her team ) at reception were incredible. They keep me on track and updated every step of the way. I was made to feel as though I was their only patient. Dr Gong was amazing. Andrew Gong is not only a surgeon I'd recommend, he's also a gentleman. Additionally, the courtesy Andrew's PA (Liberty) provided throughout my hip replacement journey was exceptional.
I recently had a unicompartmental knee replacement surgery performed by Mr Andrew Gong at Epworth Eastern. I was fully able to walk the day after the surgery with no discomfort. Also I was supplied with crutches and pain medication when discharged from hospital, but I didn't need to use either. I highly recommend his orthopaedic services and friendly manner.
Very happy with Andrew Gong. He has replaced my hip and knee. I can’t speak highly enough of him. Have recommended him to a number of my friends.
