I’m not usually one to ever write bad reviews. I’ve only ever been to this location once prior to this review. Didn’t have a negative experience, but today I felt very disappointed with their service. I called prior to their closing time (20 min prior) asked for their pricing on women’s haircut (specifically a trim) to which I was informed. I then considerably asked if they were still taking clients (to which the lady on the phone asked how far I was located in which I informed her 5 min) she then tells me “si todavía”.
