The Mr Air team that installed my AC system had incredible coordination! They were careful, considerate, and efficient. Ben, Zach, Eddy, and Serafin( sorry about spelling) were wonderful. Thank you all for your help.
Had a wonderful experience with Darien. He came over and took all my concerns seriously. I called for a HVAC maintenance and knew something was off with my units but couldn’t figure it out. Darien found the problem within 5 minutes. He fixed it on the spot , even though he was only there for a maintenance appointment. All pricing was given upfront which I thought was great. I’ll be using Mr air again in the spring.
We cannot recommend Mr. Air NYC enough. They were a true end-to-end solution - from design through installation. The install itself took place only 2 weeks after initial consultation and the entire crew - Alex, Ben, Eddy, Victor, Wei, Zach, and Serafin - showed up promptly and completed the install in about 5 hours. They even came back to fix a unit that was making a little bit of noise days after the install. Again, cannot recommend them enough - truly fantastic work!
It’s rare that you take on a home project and feel like it seems to just take care of itself, but that’s how we felt working with Mr. Air. We had four mini splits installed in the main rooms of our home while we were on vacation and came home to find they had done an excellent job with minimal disruption to the home.
