UPDATE: I initially gave it a 3-star review due to the issue I had with their billing. However, Mei Ling, the director for the office, contacted me that they made a mistake in over charging and promptly reimbursed me. Mei Ling assured that steps will be taken to train staff and clearly inform customers regarding pricing. I called to get my two ductless mini-splits and the condenser serviced and deep cleaned. Had a great experience with Mr. Air NYC. Zane, Darien and Zach were super helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technicians came on time. Main office was responsive and transparent about pricing. I will definitely be using this company again for maintenance of my a/c split units.
No one wants their AC not working properly in the summer. One of our three splits was dripping, and we realized we had not had them maintained in the two years since we bought our condo.
