Great experience with this company. We started working with them two years ago when we wanted to install a mini split in our living room. Of all the vendors we spoke to, Mr Air proposed the most elegant, non-intrusive and workable solution. We hired them for deep cleaning this year and actually received a refund because our units didn’t need the extra care. They are professional, communicative and worth the extra cost for a job well done.

One of the air handlers for our central HVAC was out. We had several HVAC companies out for a service call, but none were willing or able to resolve the issue. The HVAC company said an electrician was needed; the electrician said the HVAC company needed to fix. Blah blah blah. Others said they didn't want to come back after a few hours service charge to survey the setup. Victor and Alex did our install and they were fast, thorough, and clean. They replaced an existing ceiling mounted unit and pointed out to me that the prior installers had it hanging directly from the sheet rock. Yikes! They shored up the new one with plywood boards and did a nice job patching the hole. They also covered the exterior lines with an attractive cap, something the last team did not do.
Technicians and installers were timely and worked efficiently. Ben, Eddy, and Zach were all helpful and pleasant to interact with during the installation process
